A working prototype was built in Figma to bring key user flows to life like signing up, canceling subscriptions, and viewing spending. I also added error screens for issues like failed bank connections and cancelation errors. This helped make sure the app feels smooth and clear, even when things go wrong.

Testing & Iteration
Usability testing with 5 participants helped identify key issues in navigation and feature visibility. Most users understood the app quickly and appreciated the clean design and clear spending reports. Based on feedback, updates included adding a back button during cancellation, improving the visibility of the “Scan Bank Details” option, and making core flows smoother and easier to use.

Working on Billie taught me the value of simple, user-driven design. I learned that users want clarity, control, and ease when managing subscriptions. The biggest challenge was balancing a clean UI with rich features. Usability testing helped me prioritize real needs and improve the design. This project strengthened my skills in research, testing, and applying feedback.
