Hey, I’m Jose — a UX designer who mixes clean design, real empathy, and a bit of storytelling magic.
I was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to New York at 10. Growing up in the city taught me how to adapt, stay curious, and pay attention to the little details — all of which show up in the way I design. I’m big on clarity, intention, and making things that make sense for people.
Before design, I worked in early childhood education, which gave me a deep respect for how people think, learn, and grow. Now I bring that into the digital space — designing experiences that feel intuitive, human, and maybe even a little fun.

Life Outside the Screen 🌳🏢🚶♂️
I like roaming around the city with no real plan — finding random corners, grabbing something good to drink, and just seeing where the day takes me. It’s my favorite way to reset.
In the summer, I like to escape the city and head upstate. One of my favorite spots is the Bull Hill trail in Cold Spring — peaceful, quiet, and the views hit every time. No rush, just hiking, fresh air, and slowing things down for a bit.
